BRADLEY K. RICHARDSON, P.C. is a law firm focusing on residential and commercial real estate in upstate South Carolina, specifically Anderson, Pickens, Oconee, and Greenville counties. We provide legal assistance for clients involved in buying, selling, or refinancing real estate properties.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Attorney. The role will involve handling legal matters related to commercial real estate transactions, conducting due diligence, reviewing leases, and participating in real estate development projects. The successful candidate will have at least five years commercial experience and will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where they can enhance their skills and contribute to the firm's growth.
Qualifications
Three to five years experience in Law and Commercial Real Estate
Knowledge of Due Diligence procedures
Proficiency in reviewing Leases
Background in Real Estate Development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong attention to detail
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
Admission to the State Bar in South Carolina
