Job description
Our client, a well-regarded, mid-sized, full-service law firm, seeks a highly skilled real estate finance associate for its Chambers-ranked Real Estate practice group in Chicago.
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, development, management, and debt and equity financing.
Experience representing lenders and borrowers on mortgage loans and other real estate financings, including negotiating loan documents, preparing and reviewing due diligence materials, closing deliverables, and legal opinions.
Excellent academic credentials and strong drafting, writing, and oral communication skills.
The firm offers exceptional mentoring, immediate hands-on experience, and a clear path to partnership.
