Job description
Prominent mid-sized law firm in Montgomery County is seeking a litigation attorney admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. The successful candidate will handle complex commercial & real estate litigation, land use and zoning appeals, and litigation in local, state, and federal courts. Firm represents developers, educational institutions, profit and not-for-profit organizations, hospitals, and private individuals throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of solid commercial litigation experience. The firm will also consider candidates with an insurance defense background who are interested in transitioning to commercial litigation work.
