Job description
Jobot is a growing New Jersey-based law firm seeking a paralegal to support commercial real estate transactions. You will draft, review, and proofread purchase agreements, leases, financing and closing documents, and assist with due diligence and entity formation.
The role requires 5+ years of CRE paralegal experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and proficiency with title reports, surveys, and standard legal software.
