Responsibilities: Build relationships with leads and identify new sales opportunities.Consult with buyers, sellers, and investors to understand goals and provide tailored solutions.Manage negotiations, contracts, and transaction documentation with accuracy and compliance.Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.Analyze market trends, demographics, and property data to provide valuable insights.Host open houses, networking events, and client engagement activities.Stay informed on market conditions to deliver strategic advice and guidance. Qualifications: • Skilled in industry practices and lease language • Have a good sense of marketing, sales, and advertising • Independent worker who is motivated and self sufficient • Proven negotiating and communication skills Must have or be willing to obtain a valid Real Estate License.Authorized to work in the United States.Self-motivated and driven to achieve results.Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.Ability to connect with and understand diverse client needs.Knowledge of sales, marketing, and business development strategies.Comfortable using technology and learning new platforms.Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required.
