Location: This is a full-time, on-site role based in the heart of downtown Bethesda, MD — a vibrant, walkable area just steps from Metro. A hybrid arrangement may be considered for the right candidate.
Note: Candidates must hold an active bar license (any jurisdiction). Bar admission in Maryland, DC, and/or Virginia is strongly preferred. This role is best suited for attorneys with law firm backgrounds; in-house and solo practice experience will not be considered.

Job Description
Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial real estate transaction documents including purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, leases, and loan documents
Advise clients on complex real estate acquisitions and dispositions across multiple asset classes
Structure and execute joint ventures and investment vehicles for developers and institutional clients
Support development, P3, and infrastructure projects from inception through closing
Handle commercial leasing matters for both landlord and tenant-side clients
Collaborate with senior attorneys on multi-party transactions and financing arrangements
Manage client relationships and serve as a key point of contact on active deals
Contribute to the growth and reputation of a nationally ranked practice group
Qualifications
Active bar license required; MD, DC, and/or VA admission strongly preferred
3+ years of commercial real estate transactions experience at a law firm
Strong transactional drafting skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
JD from an accredited law school
