Commercial Roofer - Service DepartmentEskola, LLC - Memphis, Tennessee | Full-Time | $20.00 - $24.00 / hour (Based on Qualifications & Experience)Eskola, LLC has been installing commercial and industrial roofing and waterproofing systems throughout the North and Southeastern U.S. since 1972.We are looking for a hardworking, safety-conscious Service Roofer to join our Memphis, Tennessee team! You will help install, repair, and maintain commercial roofing systems - flat, metal, and membrane (TPO, PVC, EPDM) - while working alongside an experienced crew.What You Will DoAssist with installation, repair, and replacement of commercial roofing systemsInspect roofs to identify damage and maintenance needsPerform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and service callsUse hand and power tools to safely complete roofing tasksFollow OSHA guidelines and all company safety policiesWork closely with supervisors and crew to keep projects on trackWhat We Are Looking ForRoofing or construction experience preferred, not requiredComfortable working at heights, lifting up to 50 lbs, and working outdoorsValid driver's license with a clean driving recordWillingness to travel and work out of townMust pass a pre-employment background check and drug screeningPreferred Skills & Certifications3+ years of commercial roofing experienceOSHA 10 or 30 Hour Card (or willingness to obtain)Bilingual in English and SpanishCDL, aerial lift, or forklift certificationSheet metal roofing experienceWhy Join Eskola?Trade-specific training & room to grow within the companyMedical Insurance (2 plans, including HDHP with HSA & company match)401(K) with company matchingCompany-provided technology/equipment as neededDental, Vision, Life, & Disability InsurancePaid Time OffEskola, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer and VEVRAA Federal Contractor.
