Job Opportunity At Schwickert's Tecta AmericaSchwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our commercial roofers are hard working people that work well in teams. In this role you will be completing roof tear offs and installing different roof systems. Successful candidates will be eligible for up to a $1,000 sign-on bonus! Starting pay ranges from $22-$28+ per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesInstall multiple roof systemsTear off roof systemsRepair any roof damages as neededClean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debrisAdditional dutiesQualificationsAbility to learn and take direction from crew foremanExperience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forkliftNo fear of heightsLift 50+ lbsSit, stand, and climb stairsOn the job training is providedBenefitsMedical, dental and vision insuranceLife insuranceLong term disabilityPaid time offPaid holidays401K with company matchTuition reimbursementPhysical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk, and hear.
