Lead Service Technician Pay starting at $28+/hr. BOE Experienced Pay starting at $25+/hr. BOE SIGN-ON BONUS!!! Up to $1500!!! This range represents a good faith estimate for the position and actual compensation will be based on numerous factors including knowledge, skills, training and experience. This position may also be eligible for bonuses, benefits and other forms of compensation.Tecta America Benefits:Medical, dental and vision insurance with several plan options to choose fromPaid time off plus an extra day to celebrate your birthday!Paid holidaysCompany paid life and AD&D insurances401(k) with company matchBonus opportunitiesFlexible spending accountsCareer advancement opportunitiesIn house training with an emphasis on employee safety and career growth!Holiday events, company swag and more!Commercial Roofing Lead Service Tech Summary: Under the direction of the crew's foreman, commercial roofers are responsible for the installation, maintenance and repair of all types of commercial roofing systems including EPDM, TPO & PVC.Commercial Roofing Lead Service Tech Requirements:Commercial roofing experience preferred but we will train the right individuals!Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally.Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions.Bending, kneeling, climbing ladders all expected activities.Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism.Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse.Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills.Must be at least 18 years of age.Working Conditions:Physical surroundings: Field environment with exposure to heights, noise and temperature.Physical effort: Extensive standing, walking, climbing ladders. Frequent lifting, etc.Travel: Mostly local; within 1 hourAs a condition of employment, all applicants offered a position are required to complete and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
