Commercial Roof SalesmanOver here at GPAC we are actively working with a reputable commercial roofing company looking to add a sales member to their team. They recently experienced a lead salesman retiring and need a commercial salesman to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. Their values are a BIG part of who they are so they really take care of their employees. They have a full team of Projects Managers, estimators, salesman, and Laborers. If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as a Commercial Roofing Salesman look no further.Commercial Roof Salesman Duties* Meet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.* Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.* Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.* Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.* Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.* Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required* 2+ years of roofing sales experience - preferably in commercial but residential experience can be applicable as well* Experience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniques* Must be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactions* Positive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team player* Open to TravelBenefits/Compensation for a Commercial Roofing Salesman* Full health benefits, 401K* Above market base salary paired with large commission bonuses* Company Vehicle, cell phone, and equipment* Optional after Office work parties, golfing, happy hours
