They recently experienced a lead salesman retiring and need a commercial salesman to help keep up with the steady pipeline of projects, and to help them continue to experience the growth they are used to. If you are looking for a chance to get in on one of the most stable roofing companies out there as a Commercial Roofing Salesman look no further.Commercial Roof Salesman DutiesMeet or exceed the sales and margin expectations for the assigned territory.Using the necessary phone and field selling skills to sell our products and services to our customers.Building strong customer relationships by maintaining sales contacts as required by the position.Observing and implementing sales skills of other successful Sales Representatives in all aspects of the sales process to utilize skills necessary to succeed.Demonstrating solid business sales acumen and professionalism to make a positive impact on all prospects and customers.Drive sales growth through consistent daily effort.Commercial Roof Sales Experience Required2+ years of roofing sales experience - preferably in commercial but residential experience can be applicable as wellExperience with Commercial Roofing materials and techniquesMust be comfortable with cold calling, as well as generating their own leads through in person interactionsPositive attitude, Analytical in nature, Self-motivated, Ambitious, and a Team playerWillingness to travel and develop national accountsBenefits/Compensation for a Commercial Roofing SalesmanFull health benefits, 401KAbove market base salary paired with large commission bonusesCompany Vehicle, cell phone, and equipmentOptional after Office work parties, golfing, happy hours
