Commercial Roofing Service Foreman Summary: You will be the service crew's leader and responsible for investigating, locating, and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, and low slope metal. You would manage commercial roofing projects from start to finish and ensure the highest level of craftsmanship.Duties and Responsibilities:Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systemsRoof maintenance and repairsPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.Maintain professional interaction with all customers.Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as neededCommercial Roofing Service Foreman Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old5+ years experience leading commercial roofing crewsA valid driver's licenseBilingual is a plusMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsAbility to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Technology savvySheet metal experience preferredTravel: Local; up to 1 hours awayWe Offer:STARTING PAY RATE OF $27-32/HR.Tecta offers a comprehensive benefits package: medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time offTecta America is an Equal Opportunity Employer
