Job description
Service HelperThe Service Helper will support the Service Technician with both administrative duties and on-site project assistance. This dual-role position involves office work, client communication, and hands-on support at job sites. As the Service Helper, you will learn basic roofing repair techniques while ensuring efficient project operations and maintaining accurate documentation.Independently perform complex roofing repairs and maintenance across various roofing systems.Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials at job sitesPrepare work areas by setting up ladders, safety equipment, and material staging areasHelp with cleanup and proper disposal of materials after job completionLearn and assist with basic roofing repair techniques and material applicationsAssist with basic measurements and material calculationsAlways follow all safety protocols and proceduresCommunicate with clients and job site personnel about project needs and status updatesServe as a liaison between Service Manager and field teamsAssist the Service Manager with clerical work and office tasksComplete documentation of work performed and materials used using company softwareEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
