We are searching for an experienced Service Manager to lead and grow a commercial roofing service division. This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in building structure, accountability, and scalable systems within a fast-paced service environment.
\ NThe ideal candidate will have strong experience managing service operations, technicians, scheduling, estimating, and departmental profitability while driving revenue growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
\ N - Own the full P&L of theservice division including revenue, gross margin, and cost control
\ N - Oversee scheduling and dispatch to maximize efficiency and revenue per truck
\ N - Lead and hold accountable service technicians and support staff
\ N - Accurately estimate service work and develop detailed proposals/photo reports
\ N - Improve processes, workflows, communication, and operational structure
\ N - Ensure strong customer satisfaction, quality control, and safety compliance
\ N - Recruit, train, and develop technicians as the department grows
\ N
What We’re Looking For:
\ N - 3+ years of experience as a Service Manager within commercial roofing
\ N - Strong background in estimating, job costing, and profitability management
\ N - Experience managing crews, scheduling, dispatch, and service operations
\ N - Proven leadership skills with the ability to build accountability and improve performance
\ N - Strong communication and customer relationship management skills
\ N

\ N - Must have a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
