Commercial Roofing Service ManagerMy client is a leading provider of commercial and residential roofing solutions, known for their commitment to quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. They are now looking for a dynamic Commercial Roofing Service Manager to join our team and lead our service sales operations to new heights.As a Commercial Roofing Service Manager you will be at the forefront of driving the growth and success of our service sales division. This role involves developing strategies, mentoring technicians, and fostering strong relationships with clients to ensure the profitability and expansion of our service offerings.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership: As the Commercial Roofing Service Manager, recruit, train, and lead a high-performing service technicians. Provide coaching and mentorship to drive individual and team success.Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities in the roofing industry.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. As the Commercial Roofing Service Manager, ensure exceptional customer service and long-term partnerships.Technical Expertise: Collaborate with service and technical teams to develop tailored solutions for client needs.
