Commercial Roofing Service TechnicianPosition at Empire Oklahoma With over 35 years of experience, Empire Roofing is a full-service company specializing in roof replacement, repair, and maintenance along with a full building envelope solution for commercial, industrial and institutional properties. Our expertise includes built-up roofing, modified bitumen, single ply systems as well as architectural metal roofing. We are looking for experienced commercial roofing service tech in Tulsa & Oklahoma City, OK!Commercial Roofing Service Technician Summary: You will be working under the service crew leader and investigating, locating and repairing leaks and defects in the following commercial roofing systems EPDM, PVC, TPO, Built-up Roofing, Modified Bitumen, and low slope metal.Commercial Roofing Service Technician Responsibilities:Removal and installation of all types of commercial roof systems including: BUR, Modified Bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC and slope metal roof systemsRoof maintenance and repairsPerform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines.Maintain professional interaction with all customers.Manage commercial roofing crew, includes completing required paperwork, attending meetings as necessary, assist in training of crew members as neededCommercial Roofing Service Technician Requirements:Must be at least 18 years old1+ years experience leading commercial roofing crewsA valid driver's license preferred but not requiredMust be able to lift 50+ pounds regularlyMust be able to work at varying heights and during variety of weather conditionsAbility to communicate well with clients, supervisor and co-workers.Initiative, Integrity, and Adaptability.Technology savvyTecta America is an Equal Opportunity Employer
