Commercial Roofing Service TechnicianSchwickert's Tecta America is seeking motivated individuals to join our team. Our Commercial Roofing Service Technicians are hard-working, enjoy seeing a job from start to finish, and want to learn and grow in their career. SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR UP TO A $1,000 SIGN-ON BONUS! Starting pay ranges from $22-$32 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Inspect roofs for damages and leaksPerform roof repairs as neededCompleting field inspectionsDevelop a scope of work with a budgetOrganize a materials listClean rooftops by snow removal, ice removal and other debrisAdditional dutiesQualifications:Ability to learn and take direction from crew ForemanExperience with diagnosing leaks on HVAC, skylights, siding, and other potential leak sources would be helpfulExperience with scissor lift, boom lift, and forkliftNo fear of heightsLift 50+ lbsSit, stand, and climb stairsCustomer service experienceOn the job training is providedBenefits:Medical, Dental and Vision InsuranceLife InsuranceLong Term DisabilityPaid Time OffPaid Holidays401K with Company MatchTuition ReimbursementPhysical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee will use hands, have to talk, and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
