This is an on-site position with local travel to job sites using a company-provided vehicle, offering the opportunity to build a long-term career in roofing while making a direct impact in the field.Key ResponsibilitiesLead daily job site operations for commercial roofing projects, ensuring efficiency and qualityLead and coordinate crews to complete roofing installations and repairs safely and on scheduleLead safety initiatives and enforce OSHA and company safety standards across all roofing activitiesConduct site inspections and maintain quality control on all commercial roofing workLead communication between field teams, management, and customers to ensure strong customer serviceLead performance through coaching, accountability, and team developmentQualifications2+ years of commercial roofing experience1–2 years of leadership experience with the ability to lead teams effectivelyKnowledge of low-slope roofing systemsAbility to climb ladders and work at heights safelyValid driver's licenseAbility to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screenStrong communication skills and a commitment to customer serviceWork EnvironmentThis position primarily involves working in the field at work sitesMust be able to work in varied weather conditions and in a physically demanding environment.Must be able to occasionally lift and carry 50 lbs.Ability to climb ladders to determine work needsDrivingMust possess a valid driver's license and maintain an acceptable driving record that meets company and insurance requirements to travel to and from work sites.Why Join RoofOne (Part of the Bone Dry Roofing family):A chance to make a measurable impact at a nationally growing, family-owned companyCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive compensation, benefits, and professional growth opportunitiesAt RoofOne-We build more than roofs.
