Commercial Roofing Service TechnicianDo not apply unless you have experience with all things commercial roofing and the ability to work as a team. We are looking for the right individual we can train towards success.The role of the service tech is to perform roof inspections, consultations, and repairs. The service technician serves as the face of the company in the field and ensures each customer is provided the best customer experience possible. Our inside sales team coordinates and schedules appointments; allowing the service tech to focus on inspecting, servicing, and repairing the roof. We specialize in providing the best experience possible to our customers.Requirements:2+ years in commercial roofing. Single-ply TPO and experience with spray foam and coatings is a plusStrong communication skills with the team, customers, and supervisorsMust be willing to travel throughout the greater CT regionMust be able to lift 25+ lbsPhysically capable of handling all aspects of roofing repairsMaintain all OSHA and other industry standards for safety and complianceHold and maintain a valid driver's license (company truck provided)Compensation:Base salary based on experienceThe company pays bonuses to crews for projects completed on time and under budgetRoom for growth - company hires from within and gives the opportunity to move upSecure and established company (owners of the company offer 30+years industry experience)Work truck and insuranceGrowth opportunitiesOn and offsite trainingAll needed tools and equipmentWe are looking for those professionals who are looking for long-term career growth.We are a friendly and supportive team that works together and is committed to the growth and development of this company.
