Rough Commercial CarpenterWe are seeking a skilled and reliable Rough Commercial Carpenter to join our construction team. This position is responsible for performing rough carpentry tasks on commercial construction sites, including framing, formwork, installation of doors, and acoustical ceilings. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a solid understanding of building techniques, and a commitment to safety and quality.Position Responsibilities:Metal stud framingDrywall hanging and tapingInstall metal doors and hardwareShoot Acousitcal ceiling and sound proofingDemonstrated carpentry experience and required toolsAssist other tradesman on siteFollow safety procedures and wear protective gear (e.g., hard hats, gloves, safety glasses)Ability to make precise measurements and cutsQualifications:OSHA 10 preferred but not requiredPrevious Commercial Carpentry experienceAbility to work 40 hours a weekBe able to work over time if necessaryStrong references that will support your work historyMust have Reliable TransportationPay Range: $25.00/hr. + Depending on ExperienceNow in our 4th decade, Resource Options, Inc.
