Commercial Tile Roofing Subcontractors Needed – Carrollton, GACompany: Struction Solutions, LLC Service Area: Carrollton, Georgia, and surrounding areas Opportunity Type: Vendor/Subcontractor Opportunity Project Availability: As neededOpportunity OverviewStruction Solutions, LLC is expanding its network of qualified roofing vendors in the Carrollton, Georgia area. We are seeking established and insured commercial roofing companies with experience performing tile roof repairs. Struction Solutions is seeking qualified roofing businesses interested in receiving project-specific scopes of work and submitting written quotes for consideration.Projects will be offered on an as-needed basis. When an opportunity becomes available, qualified subcontractors may receive a detailed scope of work and an invitation to submit pricing. The scope may include project requirements, repair quantities, site conditions, scheduling needs, materials, and other applicable specifications.Submission of company information does not guarantee a project award or minimum volume of work.Potential Scope of ServicesCommercial tile roof inspections and repairsIdentification and repair of active roof leaksRemoval and replacement of cracked, broken, slipped, or missing tilesRepairs involving clay or concrete tile roofing systemsUnderlayment repairsFlashing and sealant repairsRepairs around penetrations, vents, valleys, ridges, hips, and related roof componentsReplacement-tile matching and installationEmergency or scheduled repair servicesBefore-and-after photographic documentationWorksite protection, cleanup, and debris removalThe exact requirements and pricing request will be provided separately for each project.Minimum Vendor QualificationsEstablished business name and primary contact informationW-9 and federal EINCurrent business licenseApplicable contractor licenses or registrationsGeneral Liability insurance with coverage meeting project requirementsWorkers' Compensation insurance covering all employees and crew membersExperience performing commercial tile roof repairsQualified and properly supervised roofing personnelRequired tools, vehicles, safety equipment, and standard roofing equipmentOSHA-trained personnel or an established safety programCommercial referencesPhotographs or descriptions of previous tile roof repair projectsAbility to provide written, project-specific quotesAbility to meet customer, site-access, safety, insurance, and documentation requirementsRequest for Company InformationLegal business namePrimary contact name, telephone number, and email addressCompany address and geographic service areaYears in businessDescription of commercial tile roofing experienceTypes of tile roofing systems servicedTypical crew size and current availabilityConfirmation that work is self-performed or identification of any work that may be further subcontractedTypical quote turnaround time and scheduling lead timeAny minimum service-call, mobilization, travel, or project requirementsApplicable licensing informationCurrent Certificate of InsuranceW-9Commercial referencesPhotographs or examples of comparable workPricing and Project AwardsQualified subcontractors will be asked to review individual scopes of work and submit written pricing for each applicable project.
