Commercial Window Treatments InstallerWe are seeking a skilled and dedicated Window Treatment Installer to join our client's fast-paced team. Candidates should have experience in installation, construction, or handyman work and be committed to high standards of quality and safety. The right candidate has strong attention to detail and can work well with other tradespeople at the client’s sites.Work hours are 6 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay ranges from $21 to $25 per hour, depending on experience.Main DutiesInstall shutters, blinds, and shades in commercial buildings.Lift and move window units safely to prevent damage.Do frame carpentry to get openings ready for installation.Work on 6-foot ladders and sometimes use scissor lifts up to 30 feet.Most tasks use cordless power tools, mainly drills.RequirementsYou should have experience as an installer or in a similar job.Strong carpentry skills, especially with framing for windows, are important.You need to be able to lift heavy items during installations.Being punctual, reliable, and self-motivated is a must.Maintenance experience is helpful for solving installation problems.Must focus on attention to detail and quality work.Be able to work independently or as part of a team on construction sites and always follow safety rules.Flexibility with hours is important because the workload can range from 30 to over 50 hours per week depending on contractor schedules.
