Job description
As a Category Manager, Commissary at cumberlandfarmsinc, you will own the strategy, performance, and growth of in-store prepared foods and packaged commissary items across Cumberland Farms’ regional network. You will analyze sales, margin, and customer trends to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions, partnering with merchandising, operations, and marketing to drive traffic and basket size. Key duties include vendor selection and negotiation, forecasting and inventory planning, and ensuring products align with brand, food safety, and quality standards. You’ll collaborate closely with store teams to execute programs and continuously refine offers based on data and guest feedback.
