We are a startup, and this is a ground floor role. Our founders have more than 30 years of combined experience starting companies and growing revenue, and the model is already proven with a national home services franchise.
You would be the first sales hire. The territory, the playbook and the ceiling on this role are all still open, and the person who gets here first gets to be involved in shaping them.
Role Description
Sell the Lost Lead Recovery Program to franchise and dealership model brands and earn commission on every lead your accounts produce, paid for 3 to 12 months depending on the contract signed. Commission-only, uncapped, $250,000 + OTE
This is a role for a person who thrives in a new business environment with an opportunity to build their own business within our business, and earn the money they deserve for their efforts.
The Opportunity
Franchise brands are sitting on tens of thousands of monthly website visitors they cannot identify and cannot follow up with. We turn that traffic into booked appointments on their franchisees' calendars.
No ad spend. No bidding against competitors for clicks. No guesswork about who is in market. Once a brand sees the first appointments land on franchisee calendars, the conversation stops being about whether it works.
There is no cap, no territory ceiling and no commission schedule that shrinks once you get good at this.
This role is commission-only. We are direct about that, because the upside only exists because the downside is real. If you need a salary to cover the first two quarters, this is not the right role and we would rather you know that now.

Who we are looking for
You have sold marketing solutions or lead generation into home services: roofing, HVAC, solar, plumbing, windows, pest control or restoration. You know how a franchisor thinks, you understand the difference between selling the brand and selling the franchisee, and you have navigated a franchise advisory council before.
You are comfortable with a consultative sale that takes a few months and lands big. You can hold a room with a CMO and a VP of Franchise Development at the same time.
You are self-directed. Nobody here will build your pipeline, set your calendar or check your activity numbers. The people who do well in this role treat it as their own business. If you need structure handed to you, this will be miserable for both of us.
