Commissions Processor
COMFORT WINDOWS & DOORS, New York’s premier home improvement company, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented commissions processor to join our team at our Syracuse, NY location. This position will have a primary focus on sales commission processing, data entry, and administrative support.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
Enter and maintain accurate data for contracts, sales orders, product orders, and related documentation.
Calculate, reconcile, and process sales commissions accurately and efficiently.
Review commission information for accuracy, compliance, and timely completion.
Navigate and utilize company systems to process commission calculations and maintain accurate records.
Perform data entry and updates related to product orders.
Assist with reporting, analysis, and special projects as assigned.
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive company and employee information.
Provide general administrative and clerical support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills
Strong mathematical and analytical skills, including proficiency with calculations and spreadsheets.
Excellent clerical and data-entry skills with strong attention to accuracy.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks while consistently meeting strict deadlines.
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to learn and navigate company software and systems.
Prior experience with commissions, payroll, accounting, sales administration, or a similar role is a plus.
