We are currently seeking talented bakers to help propel our team to new heights.Perks:Enjoy complimentary meals during your shifts!Savor free coffee beverages and pastries!Everyone participates in the tip pool, giving you the opportunity to earn extra $$$.Eligible for company paid healthcare enrollment after 90 days of employment.Requirements:Availability to work "baker's hours," starting at 3am, including weekends and holidays.Willingness to learn baker's math, scaling, mixing, shaping, lamination, and fermentation techniques.Maintain a clean and organized workspace while ensuring accurate record-keeping.Actively support and assist fellow bakers and teammates as needed.Willingness to learn and cross-train in various bakery tasks.Obtain ServSafe certification within 90 days of joining our team.We expect all team members to demonstrate a commitment to exceptional service, a strong sense of urgency, and the ability to multitask with positivity and resilience.Salary: $14 - $15 per hour
