The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing both internal and external communications, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels, and supporting our teams with documentation, reporting, and outreach. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong organization, and the ability to work cross-functionally.ResponsibilitiesDraft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, reports, and documentationMaintain clear, concise messaging aligned with company goals and brand toneCoordinate communication between departments and stakeholdersSupport in the development of training materials, manuals, and presentationsMonitor and respond to inquiries from partners, clients, or internal teamsEnsure consistency, accuracy, and clarity across all written contentAssist with event coordination, scheduling, and meeting follow-ups as neededQualificationsBachelor's degree in Communications, English, Business Administration, or a related fieldMinimum of 1–2 years of experience in a communications, administrative, or operations roleExceptional verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other professional communication toolsAbility to manage multiple projects and meet deadlinesStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsDetail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracyAdditional InformationCompetitive salary ($57,000 – $62,000 per year)Opportunities for professional growth and career advancementSupportive, collaborative team environmentOn-the-job skills development and training programsFull-time, Monday to Friday scheduleOffice located in the heart of Birmingham, AL
