MDH Network is hiring a Community Activities Specialist in Burbank, CA for the In-Home Day Program. This full-time position supports individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities, centered on IPP/ISP plans and community integration.
The role requires 2+ years in the field, 21+ years old, and English fluency with Spanish/English bilingual preferred. The schedule runs 8am–2pm on weekdays, with weekends off, and a comprehensive benefits package.
