STGi is seeking a Primary Care Physician to provide outpatient primary medical services at our Community Based Outpatient Clinic affiliated with the VA Medical Center. The role emphasizes continuity of care, wellness, and coordination with the VA system.

Responsibilities include supervising clinic staff, delivering preventive and acute care, documenting in VISTA, and collaborating with APRN/PA, RN, and VA teams to ensure access, quality improvement, and veteran-focused care.
