Job description

Community Based Therapy Treatment Specialist

Community based therapy treatment provides services to children and their families to help them be successful in their home, school and community settings. Provides systems advocacy and education to enhance family functioning and stability.

Responsibilities:

Diagnostic evaluations completed with accurate usage of ICD 10 classifications.

Assessments reflect skillful appraisal of client strengths, resources, areas of competence, individual/family/interpersonal dynamics, environmental/cultural and situational variables.

Individual service plans completed on time and consistent with agency quality standards.

Goal and objectives are relevant to expressed concerns of clients with services tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Goals and progress towards objectives are evaluated with clients and their significant others.

Commitment to agency core values is reflected in clinical practices.

Well-coordinated referrals to other programs and resources, as well as coordination with team members.

Requirements:

Master's Degree in Social Work or MH Counseling preferred, Bachelor's Degree accepted in Social Work, or comparable human services field required.

Ohio LSW, LISW, LPC, LPCC, MFT, or IMFT license required.

Minimum of two years of experience working in the behavioral health field.

Excellent organizational, planning and follow-up skills.

Strong oral, written and presentation communication skills.

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Benefits and Compensation:

Full benefits package includes: Health, dental, and vision insurance, Retirement plan, Tuition assistance, Public Loan Forgiveness eligibility, Paid time off and holidays, Weekly licensure supervision, Company-issued iPhone and laptop, Mileage reimbursement. Starting at $50,000 for dependently licensed and $57,000 independently licensed.
