Job description
Mohawk Opportunities Inc. seeks a Clinician – Criminal Justice Specialist to join the FACT team serving Albany and Schenectady counties.
You will assess, plan, and coordinate integrated treatment for adults with complex needs, including serious mental illness and co-occurring disorders, in office and community settings. You will coordinate with probation, parole, treatment courts, and other justice-system partners, providing crisis intervention and linkage to community resources as needed.
