Overview
nHelio Health is on a mission to treat and promote recovery from the effects of substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. To support the mission of Helio Health, theCommunity Crisis Team Leader will provide clinical supervision and day to day operations of substance use disorders/mental health services. The Team Leader will work on a Full-Timebasis out of Helio Health’sCCBHC Programproviding leadership to our Mobile Crisis, Outreach & Engagement and Syracuse Crisis Intervention and Prevention Program (SCIPP).
nIn addition to Helio Health’s comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for aSign-On incentiveup to$8,000 depending on licensure.
nPay:$68,000 - $80,000 per year.
nResponsibilities
nnnMaintains and provides supervision of program staff.
n
nnImplements Quality Improvement activities.
n
nnAssist Program Director and Service Director with fiscal program oversight and budget development.
n
nnParticipates in Management and Administrative committees as assigned.
n
nnAssures program record documentation is in compliance with agency and regulatory standards.
n
nnRepresents agency to the community.
n
nnOther duties as assigned by supervisor.
n
n nQualifications
nnnLMSW, LCSW, or LMHC required.
n
nnMinimum three years of clinical experience in an appropriate program setting.
n
nnMinimum Master’s Degree in a related human service field required.
n
nnAn equivalent combination of training and experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
n
