Job description
Dallas County Hospital in Perry, Iowa is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine physician to join a well-established practice. The team includes 4 physicians and 5 APPs, with outreach to local nursing homes and the Panora Clinic.
Compensation includes a 2-year income guarantee and a $150,000 recruitment incentive. In addition to Day One benefits and paid malpractice, the role offers a sustainable schedule with 36 patient contact hours weekly and a strong community focus, including PSLF eligibility.
