Job description
Urban Health Plan is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to provide comprehensive medical care in a community-focused setting in Queens, NY. The physician will diagnose, treat and prevent illness, and collaborate with NP, PA, CNM, and other providers to coordinate patient care.
Ideal candidates hold an MD or DO, are board certified, and possess NY licensure with CDS/DEA and BLS. The role offers full-time employment with benefits in a network of community health centers.
