Provies instrctionl spport by ssisting techers with preprtion, orgniztion, n istribtion of lesson mterils n resorces ring clsses. Fcilitte clssroom ctivities n resses mteril nees s they rise.
Trcks n reports ttennce informtion consistent with progrm reqirements. Mintins ccrte ttennce recors, follow-ps with bsent stents to spport stent retention.
ministers stent ssessments, nlyzes ssessment reslts, plces stents into pproprite proficiency levels, n mintins etile ssessment n plcement recors for stent trcking, progrm reporting n complince reqirements.
Collbortes with instrctors n progrm stff to monitor stent progress, spport stent vncement n provie t for fner n grnt reporting.

Minimm Qlifictions:
High School iplom reqire. Bchelor's egree highly preferre.
Bchelor's egree in Conseling, Socil Work, Ection, or relte fiel WITH two (2) yers proven work experience in nonprofit or socil service orgniztion proviing cse mngement n workshop fcilittion or similr role reqire. OR sccessfl cnite with High School iplom n 6 yers of commensrte work experience escribe bove.
Relevnt experience in conseling inivils n/or leing workshops.
Strong wreness of the brriers fcing immigrnts looking to integrte into the S workforce n cemic environment.
Experience spporting Chinese speking popltions in n voccy or commnity spport role. nerstns the intriccies of working with iverse rnge of people of vrie socioeconomic bckgrons.

Lngge - Excellent commn of the English Lngge.
