Texas A&M University Health seeks exceptional Family Medicine physicians to serve as Core Faculty in a transformative expansion that will establish a new academic and clinical presence in San Antonio through its strategic partnership with University Health.
This is a rare opportunity to join one of the nation's leading health sciences institutions at a pivotal moment of growth. As a founding faculty member, you will help shape the future of medical education in South Texas by teaching Texas A&M medical students, developing innovative clinical learning experiences, and laying the foundation for a future Family Medicine residency program.

Opportunity Highlights
Join Texas A&M Health during an exciting period of expansion into the San Antonio market
Academic appointment at the Clinical Assistant Professor, Clinical Associate Professor, or Clinical Professor level, commensurate with experience
Full-time academic professional-track position with an anticipated Fall 2027 start

Teach and mentor medical students in both clinical and classroom settings
Help design and implement innovative educational experiences for Texas A&M learners
Maintain an active outpatient Family Medicine practice while pursuing academic interests
