Job description
MASC Medical seeks a Primary Care Physician in Lakewood, WA to join a community-based, independent practice. The role offers a base salary of $250,000 (negotiable) with production bonuses and potential to exceed $300k annually through production incentives.
You will follow a 4×10 hour or 58-hour schedule, Monday through Friday, with light on-call duties and weekend rotation, in a supportive team environment that rewards quality care and continuity.
