Job description
Acenda Integrated Health in Salem, NJ, is seeking a Family Partner to build relationships with families and community partners within the Family Success Center. You will offer information, referrals, group activities, advocacy support, and outreach to help families achieve their goals.
The role collaborates with the Volunteer Coordinator to implement transformational parent engagement with parent leaders. An associate degree with two years of related experience is required.
