Job description
Four Rivers Community Health Center in Kentucky is seeking a board-certified physician to diagnose and treat diseases, prescribe and manage medications, and maintain comprehensive patient records in a Federally Qualified Health Center.
The position requires graduation from an accredited medical school and completion of a residency in primary care, with collaboration to APPs and timely referrals to specialists as needed to ensure coordinated, high-quality care for underserved patients.
