Job description
Sadler Health Center Corporation in Carlisle, PA is seeking a mission-driven Certified Registered Nurse Practitioner (CRNP) to deliver comprehensive primary care across the lifespan within a collaborative team.
You will diagnose and treat conditions, order labs, coordinate referrals, promote preventive care, and support health equity in an FQHC setting. Pennsylvania licensure, DEA registration, and credentialing are required; 24 months FM experience preferred.
