Job description
MCHC is expanding and preparing to open a new location in South Milwaukee to broaden access to our services. We are building a Family Practice Physician team to support an outpatient FQHC setting serving a diverse community.
The physician will provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care across the lifespan, work within an interdisciplinary team, and emphasize preventive care and chronic disease management in a culturally responsive environment.
