Job description
True North Consultants, Inc. is seeking a full-time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) for an in-person outpatient role in the United States.
You will deliver comprehensive care to adults, manage chronic diseases, and participate in prevention and wellness services within a mission-driven outpatient setting. You will work with an integrated care team to provide patient-centered care focused on underserved populations, with a strong emphasis on prevention, equity, and community health outcomes.
