Job description
Advantage Care Health Centers seeks a Primary Care Physician to deliver direct primary medical care to children and adults. You will collaborate with the chief medical officer, practice manager and medical team to coordinate patient care and ensure adherence to licensing and credentialing requirements.
The role requires medical degree, NY licensure, board certification in Internal Medicine/Pediatrics or Family Medicine, and CME credits.
