This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys being outdoors, and likes seeing the results of a job well done.New to property management? That's okay. You don't need previous apartment experience to be considered. If you're dependable, willing to learn, and have experience in landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial work, or another hands-on role, your skills may transfer well to a career in apartment property maintenance.What You'll DoMaintain the cleanliness and overall appearance of the communityKeep sidewalks, parking areas, breezeways, and outdoor spaces cleanAssist with basic landscaping and grounds maintenanceHelp maintain pool, recreational, and common areasAssist the maintenance team with projects and apartment turns as neededIdentify and report maintenance or safety concernsHelp keep the community clean, attractive, and well-maintainedWhat We're Looking ForStrong work ethic and dependable attendancePride in keeping outdoor spaces clean and well-maintainedPositive attitude and willingness to learnGood attention to detailAbility to work independently and as part of a teamComfortable working outdoors and performing physically active workProfessional and respectful with residents and coworkersGroundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, construction, janitorial, or similar experience is a plusWhy Gaines Investment Trust?We own what we manage—and we're here for the long term.
