Job description
Health West in Brigham City, UT is seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to provide high-quality primary care within the FTCA framework. You will lead clinical activities, promote safety and quality, and collaborate with clinic leadership to implement PCMH related workflows and program measures.
