Job description
The Dominican Sisters FHS, INC in Kingston, NY is seeking a full-time Day shift Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive home and community-based care in alignment with CHHA standards. You will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, administer medications, and coordinate with physicians and care teams.
Required to hold a NYS RN license with at least one year of hospital or nursing home experience and a CHHA background.
