Job description
Cleveland Clinic invites applicants for a Community Health Worker Apprentice to gain hands-on experience under a CHW preceptor. You will support patient care, community outreach, and help connect patients with vital resources across Northeast Ohio.
The program blends Zoom-based learning with Tri-C Metro Campus onsite labs, with a defined schedule and onsite labs in Lorain, Fairview, and the El Centro OB/GYN site. Apprenticeship pays $18.50/hour, with travel and flexible learning arrangements.
