At a Watermark Community our Community Life Associate does so much more than what the title reflects. Our Community Life team come from a variety of backgrounds including theater, art, music, fitness, education, event planning and recreation. We are looking for incredibly talented people who can plan and execute a well-rounded, refined program that will give our residents the opportunity to continue to thrive, no matter what! We are committed to resident health and well-being and we want our ideal candidate to support a wellness centered program. For us it is about working with people who take great pride in their work. Job Requirements

2 years experience in preparing and implementing Activities preferred

Able to work weekends and holidays

Degree in therapeutic recreation or related field a plus

experience in resident programming preferred

Passion for seniors

Excellent communication skills

Computer literate
