Job description
CADES seeks a Treatment Manager (TM) to oversee 2–4 CLA homes under PA ODP 6400 regulations, ensuring services meet ISP plans and regulatory standards. You will train staff, coordinate services, monitor programming, and lead a team to deliver quality supports around the clock.
The TM ensures safety, staffing, and supplies, provides coaching on care methods, and maintains documentation for compliance and continuous program development for individuals on their caseload.
