Job Title: Community Living Manager Day Services & Level 3 Support Location: Sioux Falls, SD Pay: $64,000 $68,000 / year (Full-Time, Salaried) About the Role: Vista Care is hiring a Community Living Manager in Sioux Falls to lead operations across our Day Services and specialized Level 3 Residential Support programs. If you are an experienced human services leader skilled in day program facilitation, positive behavior support, staff development, and state HCBS compliance, we want you on our team! Key Highlights: Lead with Purpose: Manage multi-disciplinary DSP teams providing person-centered residential care alongside comprehensive Day Services. Level 3 & Day Program Expertise: Oversee tailored support plans and engaging day services in collaboration with nursing and behavioral specialists. Competitive Package: $64,000$68,000 base + full benefits, 401(k) match, mileage reimbursement, and PTO. Requirements: 5+ years in IDD/human services, 2+ years supervisory experience, and demonstrated experience in Day Services and Level 3 support management. Valid drivers license required.
